Need help with Reef Notes, or found something broken? Email duscott80@gmail.com and we will get back to you. Telling us your device model and iOS version helps us reproduce the problem faster.
Your tanks, water tests, livestock and photos are stored on your device and, if you are signed in to iCloud, synced through your own private iCloud database. We operate no server that can read them.
Open Settings on your device, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and cancel there. Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by us — cancelling in the app is not possible.
Open My Tank → Upgrade Pro and tap Restore Purchases in the top right. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account that bought the subscription.
Open Fish Friends, tap the profile icon in the top left, then Delete Account. This permanently deletes your posts and their photos, your likes, dislikes, favorites and reports. Your own tank records are not affected because they were never uploaded.
Every community post is reviewed by a person before it appears, so there is a short delay. Open Fish Friends → profile icon → My Posts to see the status of each submission and, if one was rejected, the reason.
Reef Notes never generates medication dosages, and that is on purpose: dosing an aquarium incorrectly kills livestock. Open the Disease library for the human-reviewed treatment entry, and follow the instructions on the product you actually own.
